Scope 3
In Scope 3 we are looking at all emissions that are created in the supply chain up- and downstream. In the GHG-protocol they are divided into different categories. All of these are reflected in NIVI and you can insert data for all of them. There may be some categories that are not relevant for your business, in that case they can be skipped.

Where to get the data
You will see that the data for Scope 3 affects all areas of your supply chain and is connected to your suppliers. They are in many cases your source for the data. For some data points there are databases with average data that you can use with NIVI in case your suppliers do not have the necessary data available.
