Dual reporting is used whenever you have market based values or both location based and market based values. This could be either if you have both values for the same site (eg. due to a change in supplier) or if you have different values for different sites.

If you only have location based values, NIVI will only show you only the location based emissions on your dashboard. But as soon as you enter market based values, dual reporting will be automatically enabled to make the numbers more comparable.

When dual reporting is enabled, you will see, both the location based emissions and the market based emissions for your market based energy.
