The Purchased Goods and Services category in NIVI represents two categories of Scope 3 in the Green House Gas Protocol: Category 1: Purchased Goods and Services and Category 2: Capital Goods.

Both categories include products and sevices that are purchased for business operations. In NIVI this category is split in three parts: the Purchased Goods, Purchased Services and Capital Goods (Expeditures). This allows you to differentiate clearly between the different GHG categories.
